Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Creavity collects through creavity.id, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
Who we are
Creavity is a creative agency. Our registered office is at Arcade Business Center, 6th Floor, Unit 6-03, Jl. Pantai Indah Utara 2 Kav. C1, PIK, RT 016/RW 007, Kel. Kapuk Muara, Kec. Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara 14460. You can reach us at [email protected] or +62 819-9988-1992.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. The form doesn't send anything to our website. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and we only receive it if you press send there.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email: your number or address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we add them, we'll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver work you've agreed to with us.
- To keep records we're required to keep by law.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Legal basis
We process your data because you've given consent by contacting us, because it's needed to prepare or carry out an agreement with you, or because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host this website and handle our email, only as needed to run them.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us through WhatsApp or the contact form. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those messages.
- Google, when you view the map on our site. The embedded map is provided by Google Maps and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and no longer than two years unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data or stop using it;
- withdraw consent you've given.
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law allows.
Keeping data safe
The site runs over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Get in touch through our contact page.
